Our commitment
Territorium is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, regardless of ability, device, or connection speed. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across all Territorium-owned surfaces.
Compliance status
The platform is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We are actively working on the gaps listed below, tracked in our public accessibility log at github.com/territorium/accessibility.
Known gaps
- Chip-group inputs on the tenant preferences and partner onboarding flows are announced as flat button lists rather than radio groups. Iter 15D fix targeted for August 2026.
- Autoplay carousels on marketing pages pause on hover and focus, but a visible pause/play control is not yet present. Iter 16 fix scheduled.
- Complex data tables in the partner dashboard (applications, contracts) lack full row-level keyboard operation. Workaround: use the preview drawer via Tab + Enter. Iter 15A fix in progress.
- Third-party embeds (map tiles, Skribble signing widget) may not meet AA independently. We disclose this at the point of use.
How we test
Every release runs through automated axe-core and Lighthouse audits (targets: perf ≥ 0.85, a11y ≥ 0.95, CLS < 0.1). Twice a year we commission a manual audit from TetraLogical covering NVDA + JAWS + VoiceOver + keyboard-only navigation. The last report is published in our accessibility log.
Report an issue
If you find an accessibility barrier, please write to accessibility@territorium.eu with the URL and a brief description of what didn't work. Our target response is within 48 hours, with a remediation plan within two weeks.accessibility@territorium.eu
If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the supervisory authority in your country under Article 14 of the EAA. In Spain that is Ministerio de Consumo.
